Brick by Brick looks at the walls that define the places we call home. We build them for shelter and privacy, but over time they become part of our personal history. They surround everyday routines, celebrations, losses, conversations, and countless moments that would mean little to anyone else.

This collaboration brings those ideas together both literally and visually. Jacqui’s 2D brickwork runs through Alec’s 3D woodworking, joining two approaches in a single piece. Like Dwellings itself, the work considers home as both a physical structure and a place shaped by the lives lived within it.
